Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. In plain English.

Last updated: 28 July 2026

This policy explains how PrompTive (“we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through www.promptive.tech. If anything here is unclear, email us at services@promptive.tech and we will explain it properly.

Who we are

PrompTive is an AI automation agency. We build AI voice assistants and workflow automation for businesses. For anything relating to your data, the contact point is services@promptive.tech.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us, plus a small amount of technical data that our server records automatically.

When you submit the contact form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, company name, the service you are interested in, and your message. Phone number and company size are optional. We also record your IP address and the time of submission.

When you book a call, the booking is handled by Cal.com, which is embedded on our contact page. Cal.com collects the name, email address and any answers you provide when booking, and passes them to us. Cal.com processes this under its own privacy policy.

When you submit a testimonial, we collect the name, job title, company and testimonial text you provide, plus a photo if you upload one.

Automatically, our web server logs standard technical information for every visit: IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. This is ordinary web server logging and is used for security and troubleshooting.

Why we use your IP address

We record the IP address attached to a contact form submission for one reason: to rate-limit the form and block spam. It is not used to profile you or to build an advertising audience.

Why we use your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Marketing messages

If you contact us, we may follow up about that enquiry. You can tell us to stop at any time by replying to any message or emailing services@promptive.tech, and we will stop contacting you.

Who else handles your data

We keep the list of third parties deliberately short. The ones that may process your information are:

Cookies

This website does not use advertising cookies, and we do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or any similar tracking script on our public pages.

We use strictly necessary cookies only, and only for logged-in staff: our admin panel and internal sales dashboard set a session cookie so a signed-in team member stays signed in. If you are just browsing the public site, these are not set for you.

The embedded Cal.com booking widget may set its own cookies when you interact with it. That is governed by Cal.com's privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them for the business relationship, and are reviewed periodically. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless we are required to keep records (for example invoices and financial records, which we keep for as long as tax rules require).

How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to the admin and sales dashboards is password-protected, rate-limited and restricted to authorised team members. Data is stored in a database that is not publicly reachable. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously and design for least access.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

Email services@promptive.tech and we will action it. We aim to respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the “last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
